That weight matters because it can lead to a host of health risks, including diabetes and heart disease, but also because it slows us down and makes us feel less than we were before. It’s time to rethink how we approach aging.

I have been a health and fitness advocate for over 20 years, and I am a certified health coach, yoga teacher, and certified personal trainer. I love sharing my passion and knowledge for living a healthy lifestyle with my clients who are struggling with menopause, unwanted weight gain, and low energy. I have gone through my own challenges, but I have found a balanced life, and it is filled with healthy eating, time spent on a yoga mat, exercise, friends, and family.
