I am a healthspan coach and yoga instructor, and I am going to help you feel your best, inside and out.

Whether you want to lose weight, take your fitness to the next level, or just refocus on your health during this next phase in your life, I’ll guide you with both encouragement and joy. You’ll get goal-oriented coaching, support, and accountability to achieve a healthier lifestyle and a longer health span.

My passion is helping women get through hormonal and life changes that we all face by shifting their mindset and habits to create healthy patterns that lead to more energy and a balanced life. 

The reality is that after age 50, American women will gain approximately 3- 5 lbs every five years. You heard that right. That’s 10 extra lbs. between 50 and 60 if all habits and diet are left unchanged! Add another 10 lbs ahead when you reach 60! That weight matters because it can lead to a host of health risks, including diabetes and heart disease, but also because it slows us down and makes us feel less than we were before. It’s time to rethink how we approach aging.

Here’s the thing about your 50s as a woman: We’re all going to gain some weight. Most of us are going to wake up one day and wonder if we will you ever feel the same? Our metabolism slows down, our sleep gets disrupted, and it leads to unwanted weight gain. We have hormonal shifts and swings. We have a lot of “stuff” going on…But you don’t have to feel like you are on a runaway train...with a trusted partner and coach to help you, you can get in control of your diet, weight, and wellness. Now is the right time.

I have been a health and fitness advocate for over 20 years, and I am a certified health coach, yoga teacher, and certified personal trainer. I love sharing my passion and knowledge for living a healthy lifestyle with my clients who are struggling with menopause, unwanted weight gain, and low energy. I have gone through my own challenges, but I have found a balanced life, and it is filled with healthy eating, time spent on a yoga mat, exercise, friends, and family. I live in Mount Pleasant, SC with my husband, and we are adjusting to living as empty nesters. Thank heavens for our attention-grabbing Schnoodle, Yogi!

My Story

My years of exercise and clean eating have given me the knowledge to help others get on the path to good health. My personal experiences have led me to become a coach passionate about helping others face life changes and stressors such as moving, kids going to college, aging, menopause, and weight gain. I will help you manage the transition with grace and humor. I have found that living well can enable anyone to see a more positive outlook on life, with boundless energy and improved well-being.
