Individual Health Coaching

My weekly 1:1 program is specifically designed to help people manage life transitions, such as menopause, hormonal changes, empty nest, divorce, home relocation, and others with individual-specific plans to manage weight, exercise, and energy.

My program includes:

  • Weekly 50-minute sessions with unlimited support in between email or text


  • Nutrition counseling, kitchen reboot, weekly recipes, coaching, and support to stay on track with new habits.

  • Yoga instruction, along with support for overall fitness, including monitoring steps and learning how to incorporate walking into daily routine.  

  • Meditation/self-care support

Group Nutritional Coaching

I say it again and again, “Everything is better with a friend!”

Research shows that social support helps people stick to their goals. In my groups, we create a climate of personal accountability in which participants are inspired by one another. Plus, we have a great time!

Offered as either 4 or 6 week sessions, my group nutrition program includes:

  • Intake with each client to assess nutrition needs and create individualized goals
.

  • Weekly recipes and kitchen tips.

  • Weekly group check-ins through Zoom to discuss obstacles, share ideas, and celebrate progress.

Yoga Instruction

I offer 1:1 and group yoga instruction. Besides its health benefits, yoga just makes people feel better. I love working with beginners, advanced yogis, and everyone in between.

  • Private yoga instruction: I work 1:1 with clients in their homes.

  • Group yoga instruction: I teach small groups of up to four people in private settings on a weekly basis. Groups make an 8-week commitment to a once-a-week yoga class.
