INDIVIDUAL HEALTH COACHING

My 6-week 1:1 program is designed to help people manage life transitions, such as loss, empty nest, divorce, home relocation, etc. Program includes:

  • Weekly 50-minute sessions with unlimited support

  • Nutrition counseling, kitchen reboot, weekly recipes, coaching, and support to stay on track with new habits.

  • Meditation/self-care support

GROUP NUTRITIONAL COACHING AND SUPPORT

Research has shown that social support through a group can help people better stick to their goals. In my groups, we create a climate of personal accountability in which participants are valued, strengthened, and inspired by one another. Plus, we have a great time!

Offered as either 4 or 8 week sessions, my group nutrition program includes:

  • Intake with each client to assess nutrition needs and create individualized goals

  • Weekly recipes and kitchen tips

  • Weekly group check-ins through Google Hangouts to discuss obstacles, share ideas and celebrate progress
